Rendering single image in Davinci Resolve (Free Version)

or anybody

I'm trying to render each image of the timeline but it doesn't use the same instructions as in the video in the lesson with Premiere Pro. It does have an image choice only a video choice so when I try to render a frame it gives me a bunch of images. I need to know how to do this in Davinci Resolve where I just get one image for each frame. I mark the in and out point and make sue it says only in and out points. I get just that section but there's like 30 images. Need some guidance.
