HOLY SMOKES! Anyone using AI for Education?
In the past, creating all these infographics for the slides of a training I'm doing for the 10K HP Academy. Normally, this would take me a whole week, and thanks to Nano Banana and Claude, it took me 2 and a half hours! A total of 19 slides!

Module 3 Is LIVE. This is where your animation stops falling apart
If you have ever generated a great shot, felt excited, moved on to the next panel, and watched your character turn into a completely different person... this module was built for you. Module 3 is all about one word: Consistency. - Character consistency - Background consistency - Prop consistency - Wardrobe (clothes) consistency - Style consistency - Sound, Music, Voice Consistency All of it, shot by shot, the way a real director controls a production. If you are part of the AI Animation Masterclass... Access Module 3 here Here is what you are walking into: - You will build your Director's Reference System. Character reference sheets, prop reference sheets, wardrobe sheets. You will learn the exact prompts to generate them, and then use them as your source of truth across every panel you create. No more guessing. No more hoping the AI remembers what your character looked like three shots ago. - You will learn to work with 3D environments for background consistency. Using Marble, you will scout virtual locations the way a real filmmaker scouts a set. You will find your angles, plan your shots, and create a background that stays consistent across the entire scene. You will even learn how to add elements directly into a 3D space using Nano Banana, and how to connect two separate 3D sets so your story moves seamlessly between locations. - You will get a lesson that most tutorials completely skip. Your audience is smarter than you think. You do not need to show every single detail of the action. You do not need to animate a sword handoff, a transformation, or a complex object pass. You just need to show enough for the story to land. As a director, your job is to choose what people see, not to force the AI to do things it cannot do. This is one of the most freeing ideas in the whole course. - You will learn which platforms let you reference specific images. Freepik, Galaxy, Higgsfield, Dzine, OpenArt. You will know exactly which tools support the kind of image-locked consistency workflow this module teaches.

@Mark Burrows Ok - As I teach in Module 3, this could be a case of "Fixating on the little details" Let's zoom out and think: "What is the Story you are trying to tell here?" "What do you want the audience to feel?" Or are you like creating a 3D world for a game or virtual tour?

@Mark Burrows I really appreciate how thorough and honest you're being, and 20+ hours of effort on this is no joke. That kind of commitment is exactly what separates people who finish films from those who don't. And I totally get the frustration: broken geometry, a room that feels half the size, inconsistency across shots. Those are real, tangible problems. Here's what I want to gently point out though: I actually asked you earlier about the story and the emotion you want your audience to feel, and I noticed you moved past that and stayed focused on the background quality. That's completely okay, when I started I was also fixed on getting details right. It is exciting and cool to play around getting the perfect background. Just careful about the "Narcissism of Little Details" Trap. This is a trap for perfectionists that holds your attention to little details and makes you lose focus on the big picture → STORY + EMOTION. Now, maybe you haven't worked the story yet, that is fine, or the timing wasn't right, or maybe it just didn't feel relevant in the moment. But I want to come back to it, because I think it's the key that unlocks everything else. This training is fundamentally about telling a story with perfect consistency, and perfect consistency means fixing what the camera sees, shot by shot. Each panel in your storyboard is its own world. That one shot has to be perfect for the emotion it's meant to carry. You don't need 100% of the background to be flawless, only what the camera sees, and only what serves the story. So if you don't mind me asking again: - What is the story you want to tell? - What do you want your audience to feel when they're in that bar? Once that's clear, we'll know exactly what needs fixing and what's just noise. šŸ™‚
Kling 3.0 Omni → 3D Set Consistency for Camera Move!
If you haven't tried this yet, give it a shot. All you do is this: 1. Create a 3D Set on Marble 2. Take Snapshots of the Camera moving around the set 3. Add your character to Frame 1 4. Add the images in Kling 3.0 Omni (meaning you can add multiple reference images) 5. Create cool Camera Moves with 100% perfect background consistency

@Jed Knudsen Keep me posted! Would love to see what you do with this
Final Animation for On The Run
Here' my final animation for the music video On The Run. There's a few little quirks but I ran out of credits. In my profile I mention I have a twin brother. The music and lyrics are written by the two of us. We both do all of the music and singing. We call ourselves Mercury Circus so I put a little intro and outro in the video! We have a lot of originals so I hope to make more videos when I can get the credits! We're older now so we just do some recording. I hope you like it!

ok - on my end, the audio played ok, the cuts where in sync with the music and the lip sync also moved well with the voice. So at least from my end, I believe it played pretty well. So on your end, when you play it on Skool, is out of sync?
