Please help

My husband was on said they cut him off bc he missed a dr appointment in the state he used to live in he appealed it back in September of 2025, March of 2026 they sent him to one of there Dr in April of 2026 they sent him a letter saying he was reconsideration letter and was proven still disabled well back in June 2026 we went to the local office and she told us that it was stuck at the payment center she was suppose to send a request told us to wait 3 weeks and if we didn't get anything then call or come back well 3 weeks still no letter or check so my husband called the lady on the phone told him that she would put in a dyer need request and that they have 2 weeks to get it done. She also told us that August 3 20206 was there dead line for the request, he should receive his benefits by August 3 2026. Well August 3 2026 came and nothing so this morning August 4 2026 he called again and she told him that the lady never put in a request that his money is still stuck at the payment center and there was nothing she could do when he mentioned what the previous lady had told him she hung up on him at this point we are just getting the run around can you help me get some answers
