Am I missing out on any benefits?
Hello all.
I'm 63 on the 2nd of September, Divorced for 6 years from an almost 30 year marriage.
I worked during the marriage. In 2019 I became disabled from a failed back surgery, nerve issues and much more.
I took STD, then LTD & I am now receiving disability & LTD.
My ex is turning 62 next year.
My question is, am I missing out on any benefits now? Will I be able to claim any additional benefits in the future?
