Striped gusset confusion

Good morning. Do you have a video showing completion of row 3 (and 4) of striped gusset please? Photo of gusset row 3 on needle ready to knit row 4.

I have watched the rhubarb video a few times, but am so stumped on row 4 every time I try it.

I end up having two mc beside each other on row 3 (due to the LLI) and then don’t know what to do with them on row 4 because then the stripes don’t work. Same thing happens if I do the LLI in cc as per the row 3 instructions. 2nd Photo shows my LLI in CC, instructions say to do next stitch in mc. I’m so confused.
