I aim to go to bed latest at 10pm, to get the 7 hours of sleep. I wake up around 5am, and feel well rested. A good nights sleep is extremely important for your performance the coming day.
Once, I stayed in bed, scrolling the SoMe platforms and wasted my time. Now I get up, go for a walk with a cup of coffee, and enjoy the silence in the morning. When I’m back, I’ll take a shower, eat breakfast, and check my emails and tasks of the day.
When I’m in the office around 8 am, I already feel ahead of others.
