On Monday I will start 1 week dopamine detox.
- Maximum 30 minute on social media
- No phone 1 hour before bedtime and 1 hour after I wake up.
- Limit coffee to 2 cups pr. day.
- No online news.
- No screen while eating.
Small steps may seem easy, but still require focus. 💪
I'm looking forward to see what this can do. My top 1 bad habit is to grab the phone as soon as I wake up. This will probably be the hardest one for me.
