🌙 The Wormwood & Pineapple Night Sweep
Reminder: Everybody’s gut is different. Some of us have stronger detox pathways, some of us have more leaky gut. Adjust this routine to your capacity. Start low, build slow, and make it your own.
1. Wormwood First (6–7 PM)
Wormwood goes in first it’s the one that starts weakening the parasites so they detach from the gut wall.
2. Wait 2 Hours Let It Do Its Thing
This quiet window gives the wormwood time to circulate and do the heavy lifting. Drink water or herbal tea, stay relaxed.
3. Pineapple Snack The Bromelain Sweep
4. Around two hours later, I enjoy pineapple. And yes I do eat the stalk/core and I do get as close to the spikies as possible. Because those parts have the most bite they’re loaded with bromelain. Don’t throw the inside away! That’s the gold.
Extra tip: If you want to go further, you can even boil the skin, strain it, and sip it as a pineapple tea. That’s a whole other amazing layer we’ll talk about another day.
Pineapple/Bromelain sweeps the dying parasites out, aids digestion, acts as a gentle laxative, and even helps reduce die-off.
Together? That’s the Night Sweep a perfect one-two punch.
5. Optional Binder Support
If you get headaches, fatigue, or nausea, try adding a binder the next morning (charcoal, chlorella, zeolite, or bentonite clay) to “take out the trash.”
🍍 is a huge nourishing staple in the PPR™️ program.
