We're Dee and Jessica, welcome to Yoga Mentor.
We've created this community as a supportive space for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of yoga, whether you're a dedicated practitioner, trainee, qualified teacher, or simply looking to explore yoga more deeply.
Between us, we bring decades of experience in yoga teaching, teacher training, retreats, mentorship and studio leadership. Our passion is to share the practical tools and timeless wisdom of yoga to support every aspect of life. Through movement, philosophy, mindfulness and self-inquiry, we aim to help you build a deeper connection to yourself and others.
Inside Yoga Mentor, you'll find practical tutorials, inspiring conversations, resources, and guidance to support your journey. Teachers will also have access to mentoring, teaching tools, business support, and opportunities to continue developing their skills.
