Affirmation Assignment 🙏
Hey everyone! Great job so far this month on working on ourselves to become mentally, physically, and emotionally stronger! 👏🏼 This is what our community is all about and yall are making so much progress that it’s going to pay off for you soooo much! Here is your new assignment to keep the good vibes rolling and seal in the positive energy that we all generating over the first half of the month. Take 16 minutes, get into a comfy space, relax, light some incense or a candle and dim the lights, and listen to this positive mindset affirmation video. Once you comment, it will mark your action as complete! Feel free to share some insights that you’ve gained over the month so far!
How often do you practice meditation?
What is the longest streak of days you’ve meditated? There are some cool habit tracking apps out there that you can use to start any habit and it will notify you to do it every day. I did this with meditation and had a solid 2 months of daily meditation. I’ve fallen off but am starting to commit to a daily meditation again. Do you have a daily practice or are you trying to start one? If so, how often do you do meditation?
