I’m not waiting for motivation. I’m taking one small step today.
Waiting for motivation is a waste of time.
Waiting for the right moment is too.
The truth is simple:
I do not need to do everything.
I need to do what is possible right now.
So often, we get fooled by the feeling that something is already happening.
I watch a video.
I think about it.
I plan.
I watch other people making progress.
Monkey see number, number bigger, monkey happy.
But feeling good is not the same as moving.
Feeling good is not the same as changing.
Change happens when I take one small step.
A few minutes of movement.
One conscious pause.
One decision to stop postponing myself.
I will not always feel like it.
The conditions will not always be perfect.
But life does not change when everything is ideal.
It changes when we do what is possible today.
