People often say “I’ll believe it when I see it.”
But what if it’s the other way around?
First you believe — and then you see.
Your mind needs to believe, so your body can follow.
And just like with movement: it doesn’t work by trying once and expecting perfection.
It works by showing up, repeating, and letting faith turn into strength. 💪
