Understand Iyaami osoronga & Osa Meji
One of the important teachings of Òsá Méjì reminds us that true spiritual power cannot exist without balance, humility, and respect for the unseen forces of creation. In this Odu, the Òrìṣà worked tirelessly to bring prosperity to the world, yet their efforts continually failed because they had overlooked the Iyaami Òṣòròngà—the Ancient Mothers who embody the sacred mysteries of creation, protection, transformation, and balance. Through Ifá, they learned that wisdom is incomplete when any sacred force is ignored. The Òrìṣà approached the Mothers with humility and sincere respect, and only then did harmony return: the rains fell, the crops flourished, children were born healthy, and peace was restored. The lesson of Òsá Méjì teaches that genuine spiritual growth is not about seeking power over others, but about cultivating character, honoring balance, respecting the sacred feminine, and walking with humility. When we live in alignment with these principles, the unseen forces of creation quietly help open the roads before us.

Alert Family Energy Of The Week!
🌟 Wunam School of Mysteries – Energy of the Week June 22–28, 2026 Theme: “The Winds of Change Are Rearranging Your Life” This week’s energy is one of movement, adjustment, and preparation. Many people may feel as though situations that have been stuck are suddenly shifting. What appears to be disruption may actually be divine repositioning. Do not become discouraged if plans change unexpectedly. The ancestors teach that when the path is being cleared, dust is often stirred up before the road becomes visible. Spiritual Message This is a week to: - Trust divine timing. - Release what no longer serves your highest purpose. - Listen carefully to dreams, intuition, and signs. - Avoid unnecessary arguments and emotional reactions. - Focus on long-term goals rather than temporary setbacks. Health Energy The body is asking for balance and restoration. Prioritize: - Hydration - Rest - Fresh fruits and vegetables - Time outdoors - Spiritual cleansing through prayer, meditation, or ancestral connection Money Energy Unexpected opportunities may arise through conversations, networking, or old contacts. Be cautious with unnecessary spending and focus on building stability rather than chasing quick gains. Love & Relationships Communication is key this week. Speak honestly but gently. Relationships that are built on truth can deepen, while relationships built on illusion may reveal hidden cracks. Collective Energy Many people will feel a strong desire to break free from old patterns. Communities are being called to reconnect with wisdom, culture, and spiritual identity. Affirmation of the Week “I trust the wisdom of my ancestors, the guidance of spirit, and the unfolding of my divine path. Every change is preparing me for a greater blessing.” Aṣẹ.Toymu Wunam School of Mysteries 🌍🕊️💜
Who are the Egun?
Understanding Egungun: The Living Presence of the Ancestors Egungun (Egun) is a Yoruba term meaning “ancestor” or “the collective ancestral spirits.” In traditional Yoruba spirituality, death is not viewed as an ending but as a transition from the visible world into the ancestral realm. The Egungun represent: - Family ancestors - Community ancestors - Spiritual elders - Protectors of the lineage - Custodians of wisdom and tradition The Yoruba teach that those who lived honorable lives may become revered ancestors who continue to guide and bless their descendants.
