Equal Pay Day: Book Giveaway
Today is Equal Pay Day, a symbolic day dedicated to raising awareness about the gender pay gap, representing how far into the new year a woman must work to earn what a man earned in the previous year.
In honor of this day, we are giving away 100 copies of our new book.
We wrote Femme Led to serve as a playbook for the future and offer permission to others to lead as they are called to.
"All women have permission to do this; however, we have to. There is no single right way to be a leader. This process proved that leadership can look like whatever the individual wants."
