What traditional leadership models felt the most urgent to dismantle?  2.Many stories involve stepping away from roles of power. How do you define success after that kind of choice? 3.The book highlights burnout, grief, and disillusionment. Why was it important to center those experiences? 4.Many contributors describe reinvention. Is leadership inherently tied to identity shifts, and how do women navigate the fear of becoming someone new? My name is Sabine, and I’m from Germany and Cyprus. I’ve finally decided to start writing and finish the book that’s been on my mind for ages. It’s a mix of my story and what I’ve learnt from it – and am still learning – and the realisation that I need to share this with the world to show just how powerful we are. And that, if we face up to our history, we can completely rewrite it, including that of our ancestors and all the generations to come. I combine this with my marathon training and with my business and life as an entrepreneur. I am looking forward to working with you here ; )
