Author Interview - 1. Femme Led: Hard-Learned Lessons from Women in Leadership is an anthology of women’s leadership stories that asks what becomes possible when leadership is no longer treated as control, performance, or self-erasure, but as truth lived in public. What traditional leadership models felt the most urgent to dismantle? 2.Many stories involve stepping away from roles of power. How do you define success after that kind of choice? 3.The book highlights burnout, grief, and disillusionment. Why was it important to center those experiences? 4.Many contributors describe reinvention. Is leadership inherently tied to identity shifts, and how do women navigate the fear of becoming someone new?
