Damn the Writing SPRINT.

PART THREE: Thursday, June 11, 11:11 pm, just caught the clock. It must be magic.

I am drafting new sections that were missing from my manuscript.

I have trimmed some notes and junk from the manuscript, bringing it down to 44K words... but adding more.

tapping into writing and feel totally transported.

An inching headache is tapping, so maybe I will have to wrap it up, but I am IN IT...

PART TWO: (Thursday midday)

I finished reading my 47,000-word manuscript last night. I wrote it in 2006.

I laughed, I cried, and I am totally in love with what this can be.

I moved the file into google drive so i can work on it.

I cleaned it up a bit, and I am diving in

I shared a paragraph from the book with

PART ONE: (tuesday midnight)

It is 11:39 pm, and I have read 84pages of the first manuscript I ever wrote (2006). I excavated it from the relics of old hard drives in my closet of forgotten dreams.

I have laughed, I have cried. I have relived and awakened long forgotten memories, and I have developed an abiding love and respect for my younger self.

Is it just me... or might this be brilliant (dare I ask)? I am terrified to find out... either outcome.

I am tired. I am hungry. But it is too late to do anything but sleep, but all I want to do is keep reading.

May you all have an overwhelming burst of passion and joy at some point in this process... but dang if I didn't have to work and parent in the morning, I would just stay up all night and keep reading. Only 143 pages total, i am almost there... I wonder what happens next? Really, I don't remember.
