Why is my view count so low? (Need your honest feedback)
I just dropped a new YouTube video, and I’m trying to figure out what’s holding it back. 🔗 Watch here: https://youtu.be/qo8dmGTbLrs Here’s where the video is currently at: - Views: 194 - Impressions: 3.6K - CTR: 4.6% - Avg View Duration: 1:24 - Subs gained: +1 📊 My thoughts: - CTR feels decent but not strong enough, which means title/thumbnail might not be hitting hard enough - AVD is okay, but I know it can be better—maybe the hook isn’t strong enough or pacing drops - Most traffic is coming from Browse (72%). YouTube is testing it, but it’s not breaking out 💡 What I need from you: If you have 2–3 minutes, watch the video and tell me: 1. Would YOU click this thumbnail/title if you saw it on your feed? 2. Where (if anywhere) did you lose interest? 3. What would make this more compelling to watch all the way through? 4. Be brutally honest—I'm trying to grow, not protect my feelings. 🎯 Goal: I want to push this video higher by improving: - Click-through rate (CTR) - Average view duration (AVD) - Subscriber conversion Appreciate anyone who takes the time—this is part of me getting better at the craft. Let’s build 💪
