Tesamorelin sleep
Took my first dose last night and I woke up this morning feeling so rested 🥹🩵. This might be the start of a beautiful relationship lol!
Protocol:
-1mg tesa 5 nights/week, will increase to 2 mg if body does well on 1mg.
-peppermint tea @ night.
-Potassium and magnesium supplements at night.
-Ditching the scale and using measure measurements instead.
-increase water intake.
-increase glp dose.
-continue workouts with progressive overload 💪🏻.
-hope to last 12 weeks if no bad side effects.
So far:
-DEEP sleep. Woke up feeling the best I have felt in a while.
  • Tesa is SPICY. I was not expecting tesamorelin to sting so that caught me off guard last night, but I want the results so gonna push through it.
I’m going to stop by my nutrition store and do one of those body scans today, would love to hear others experience on tesa (good and bad).
