46 year old Husband :)
Hello! I’m wanting to get my husband started on some peptides. Couple questions!
Best 3-5 peptides for 1) muscle growth (he works out consistently and also runs) but struggles with back fat/belly fat but is not overweight.
2) energy and fatigue: he’s often very tired especially in the afternoons.
3) long term vitality/immunity/longevity/mood
I’m new to peptides and still learning so feeling unsure about what to start him on.
Lastly do men follow the same dosing guidelines as listed in the Peptide Guide?
