Week 2 of the blood sugar challenge will be up by end of day. This week we are focusing on Carb pairing. I will go over how to pair your carbs and the best order to eat your food in. Who has stayed consistent with the ACV and 30 grams of fiber a day?

Day 1 BS challenge
Only hit about half the fiber goal today….my BS count was all over the place - woke up at 120 down to 90 by lunch and after lunch hit 136 then back down to 95 before dinner
