There are however trainings in the classroom that are completely free and will help you get amazing results when implemented, so go watch them! Blood Sugar Week 2
Week 2 of the blood sugar challenge will be up by end of day. This week we are focusing on Carb pairing. I will go over how to pair your carbs and the best order to eat your food in. Who has stayed consistent with the ACV and 30 grams of fiber a day?
