When I exported my list of 3.5k leads to contacts there were only about 2.5k contacts that show up. Do sometimes not all the leads have a contact? Anyone else had this problem??

Today there were so many things popping up that just needed to get taken care of now. Wasn't able to hit my usual call times. I was on n off the Dialer most of the evening. Rather chaotic really. But I was able to make some calls happen! Made 75 Calls tonight! Had 11 Pick ups! 4 Not Interested. 2 Wrong Numbers. 1 Wanting to sell Now! 4 Ai Pick Ups. 3 Hang Ups. 1 went to voicemail. 30 Voicemails left in total. Second Call of the night was a follow up I haven't touched in like a month. When I originally reached out they said they were selling in 2-3 weeks but then ghosted me whenever I tried to connect again. Well I reached out again today and was bouncing from person to person before I got in contact with the Real Owner. Once I did they still want to sell in 2-3 weeks 😂😂 got me going there for a good min. She did some work to it in the meantime and now wants the Moon and a few Stars to go along side it LOL She just got back to me and sent over some pictures as I'm writing this, so I'm going to call her back up and present my offer! Excited for this one!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!! LETTSSS GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

It took 1 year for a 19k spread ! Wait with my cash buyer? Let me explain me and one of my good cash buyers from previous deals closed a 19k wholesale deal . Now let me get to the questionable part of The reason it took one whole year to close! So this was actually an old lead !! In a great competitive market actually the first time I contacted the seller she said she needed to sell okay great I got all the info I needed and then nothing .. mind you this seller is really really hard to get ahold of she’s in her 90’s but very mobile and aware her family is just always busy . Anyways so unfortunately last year I just assumed she got it sold already and moved on to other deals .. fast forward to contacting her again in like March of this year I contacted her again and she wanted to sell great this time I WAS NOT giving up after submitting proof me and my (partner) buys houses we finally got to see the house in April mind you they drove 6 hours to meet us there .after that we agreed on the price of 70k which took 2 weeks for them to sign and since they are hard to answer the phone it took 7 phone calls and this lady do not text what’s so ever ! 🥲 so then we asks to put a lock box on the house so our (contractors) can view it mind you they had the key still so this took another month 😵‍💫 because this family is like super busy so I sent my cash buyer/ jv partner to meet the sellers half way (cootos to him) finally we got a buyer literally a day after and we submitted everything to title you would think all good right lol well your wrong apparently the chain of title was very confusing it went like this …the sellers brother owned the house outright before he died he had a POA Which was the sellers and his sister she quit claim deeded the house to the now seller who I am in contact with the problem was that whoever did the deed did it wrong it was missing the flipping property description ughhh so each attorney I bought the deal to which was 7 of them btw said that the brother of the seller his two sons may need to sign a new deed and deed it over to the seller correctly ( a corrective deed) and the seller also sign an affidavit of heirship and i honestly thought we were screws be cause for one one of the sons was in NYC and the other was close by but ain’t no way this seller was going to get these done she could hardly get me the PSA in time anyways I contacted my original GOATED attorney who I usually do deals with it took her a week and a half to view the file and all I needed was the POA documents which I got myself from the register of deeds and county clerk office it was only 40 bucks to subscribe to their thing anyways so then boom we were good for closing! Now all we needed was the seller docs signed and notarized and we were good to close except the seller docs didn’t make it in time and the seller had to go out of town for a whole week ughh so now we are a week delayed but she ended up getting them done and sent back
