Made 103 Calls tonight!! Had 3 inbound calls! 2 from my follow ups looking to sell NOW!! Had 9 Pick ups!! 2 Wrong Numbers. 6 Hang Ups. 1 Not interested. Left 40 Voicemails. Lots of no answers, busy lines and voicemails tonight. New number tomorrow forsure. Underwrote 3 deals today. I was rather surprised how long it took to find what I was after. Just to cross reference everything. Im still waiting to hear back from the city to see what the actual zoning is for some land. I just want to make sure everything is good n ready for my buyer. Really those 3 deals took up most of my time. To the point I started to underwrite while I was calling on the Dialer. haha but having a homeowner that's looking to sell reach back out to me and me talking more with my buyer that's ready to buy on the phone back n forth is a different vibe vs texting it out back n forth. Feels like the orchestration is taking effect live! In the NOW MOMENT! Been working more on time management and my communication skills Excited to see what tomorrow has waiting for me!!! Made 100 Calls today! Had 1 inbound call. Not interested. Had 14 Pick ups 6 Not interested. 4 Wrong Numbers. 4 Hang Ups Left 33 Voicemails. If it wasn't people today.. it was technology. SMH..one of them character building days as I like to call em. Patience was tested forsure. Outreach took me wayyy longer than it usually does. I can usually get 100 calls in 2-3 hrs. Depending on how much talk time I actually have. Just felt like I was being held back while trying to push forward most the day. But still we push!! FORWAARRDDD!!!!!! Day by Day! Brick by Brick! WE BUILD!! Corrected some more flaws in the CRM today. We rollin wayy smoother now! Tomorrow is going to be an exciting day! 2 Appointments lined up!! YOU CANT STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!! Weird Follow Ups Today
Made 100 Calls tonight! Had 1 inbound call From an unknown number. It turned out to be a realtor that was selling her property. AND she also happens to work with wholesalers. This is one of those connections that could be very helpful in the future. Had 20 pick ups! 3 Not interested. 12 Hang ups. 4 wrong numbers. 1 Already Sold. Left 25 Voicemails. Today was a wild one forsure! That one homeowner who kept wanting me to call back every day or ever other day to discuss his property more finally said "go F**k yourself" and hung up. . Debating if I should even try again tomorrow. I mean he just doesn't seem that motivated. Even with all the back taxes stacking up. Might move it to 1 a week.. we'll see. I had 2 more homeowners who said they originally wanted to sell now they are saying they never said that and I'm lying. Even after we've had 2 or more conversations about it. smh.. just a weird day with follow ups. Tomorrow is a Mondaayyy!!! Gonna be up n at it early! There are homeowners who need our help! There are buyers who need deals to buy! I just NEED to put more time into this for things to move. The small amount of time I have set aside for this just isn't enough anymore. 2 phone appointments on the schedule for tomorrow!! We ready!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!!
