XLEADS ISSUE

I’m having an issue with Xleads because I paid for it 16 days ago and two days ago it said that it expired which I know isn’t possible and I’m really not sure what to do because when I contact the phone number there’s no answer. I called Thursday and Friday along with Saturday- he sent Zack and Rick messages and also put information in the discord, but no one has gotten back to us so I’m not sure what to do.
