Not sure what's going on in Missouri, but in August a bill will be passed stating wholesalers have to send the seller a written letter informing them the possibilitys of how the situation can go then 14 days later we can send the seller an offer on the property,

I feel it's bad cus timing is everything in the business,

But depending on your skill level it can be lucrative,

Based on the propertys condition and our skill level.
