WHOLESALING QUESTION!!!
As a wholesaler starting out, what would one do if the seller is requesting a POF that i personally cant provide?

Go to doubleclose.com put the price the seller has listed, then instead of your mao, offer them your Lao, and work your way up in negotiations just make sure the numbers make sense for all parties involved good luck

Wholesale updates
Not sure what's going on in Missouri, but in August a bill will be passed stating wholesalers have to send the seller a written letter informing them the possibilitys of how the situation can go then 14 days later we can send the seller an offer on the property, I feel it's bad cus timing is everything in the business, But depending on your skill level it can be lucrative, Based on the propertys condition and our skill level.

Dialers - Whats the deal?
Can someone please explain to me like I'm a child how dialers work? If you are using an AI dialer and someone picks up, what do they hear? Does the dialer notify you right away and connect you so you don't lose them? How does it work with a triple line dialer and three people pick up? Sorry for my ignorance but this aspect of wholesaling is very new to me.

@Clint McCormick the dialers are basically phone systems designed to call multiple seller phone numbers at once, so you can run thru list and the first person who pick up all the other calls hang up, but from my experience sellers that pick up my not be interested and then you have to filter out The calls again to make sure you didn't miss a good lead just cus they didn't answer the first time, I personal just send sms texts messages to each seller one by one, I find it more effective cus they see it worse Case scenario I just follow up the next day and continue again but you're pitch how you approach the text means everything, overall dialers are great if you have a list of 5k or 10k but I would go with a VA if you have a small budget, or SMS text them manually hope this helps

Brand New To The Game
My son and I just started this past week watching the master class. We were so excited and started it and didn’t stop watching it until it was over! We are working our way through the classroom and are very excited about getting started on our first deal within the next two weeks. We are located in Fayetteville, North Carolina and are looking for anyone who would like to JV with us in the near future.
