I'm curious about the mindset between the two. How did you show up for each? Being an avid student of the mind, I know everyone has different comfort levels with what's a 'normal' amount and an 'impressive' amount of money. I'm about to close my first deal with a $10,000 assignment fee, and would like to know how the conversations between you and the seller/buyer (and your own self-talk) goes when it hits the $20k, $30k, $50k+ range since that's money I haven't yet moved before.
