What was your experience?

I have a probate lead under contract. We were scheduled to close on the 18th of this month but we found out there were two more heirs that needed to sign. This has pushed the closing back to sometime in June. After receiving this information the buyer wants to do another walk through.

Has anyone ever experienced this before and what was the result of the deal? Does this mean there’s a bigger assignment coming? I’d love to hear if anyone’s had a similar probate experience
