Voicemails Are Working!

Made 100 calls tonight!

Had 5 inbound calls! 1 interested in selling! The rest not interested.

11 pick ups.

6 not interested.

2 wrong numbers.

3 hang ups.

Looking back at old notes.. my call backs have usually become leads more so than the first call outreach I'm doing. At least my I know my voicemails are being listened to!

Starting tracking those too since I've noticed an increase in them.

53 voicemails left tonight.

Connected with another investor looking for another flip project in my market! Still need to get a bit more info before I can add him to my Vetted Cash End Buyers list he was in traffic on the phone so it wasn't really the best time. But I'm sure that will happen tomorrow. In the meantime I'm working on adjusting the schedule to make more time for this so I can really get it dialed in. I need to spend way more time on my follow ups than I am doing.
