This email I received yesterday really hit me hard.

Sometimes I forget and have to be reminded that everything I do (including my work) is to help others. Chase the impact and add value—the income will follow.

You don’t need permission to raise your value ✅

You don’t need applause to keep going ✅

You don’t need a license to hustle ✅

You don’t need comfort to grow ✅

You don’t need to explain yourself—to nobody. Most people wouldn’t even understand the season. I don’t want to talk. I don’t want to text. I don’t want to hang out. I don’t want to do anything that isn’t an exchange of value. Time is our most valuable asset and people dying everyday.

👉🏾 Don’t be afraid to do something different. Fail fast. Nobody can hold you back more than yourself. Don’t live and die on somebody else’s terms. Don’t let nobody tell you what you can’t do. Play the long game. Be relentless. Be helpful. Be authentic. Pray like it all depends on God—and work like it all depends on you.
