Think and Grow rich
I encourage everyone to read think and grow rich. Why? Because Cold calling,texting and reaching out to sellers can seem like this business doesn't work or maybe you are just not meant for wholesaling. I'll tell you this when you get no one wanting to sell it could make you lose faith, but with the right mindset and a burning desire you WILL make it happen. This book helps you get that mindset of a winner. "Winners never quit, and quitters never win"
