The dialer was pretty quiet today.

More short conversations.

I was able to connect with 2 Cash Buyers in my market! One is looking for more fix n flip projects and cash flowing investments and the other is transitioning out of this market and starting to look for fix n flips in the Philippines!! Lol That kinda took my by surprise, apparently projects are really cheap over there. You can get 2 or 3 projects for the same price as one here in the U.S. Might be something to consider in the future. But for now gonna stay focused right here.

Got tomorrow all written out, Planned out.. It's gonna be a great day!!
