Small connections

Last night my neighbor and I were chatting mostly about my dog (she loves seeing him and he loves petting her) he told me about him taking care of his father now that he lost his construction job and his father lives alone. I let him know about how I help folks with real estate ( didn’t mention wholesaling) and he said he would let me know if his father wants to sell.

Then today I had a maintenance man come fix our heater, he was telling me there was a shortage and I told him how my grandmothers house caught on fire because of a wire shortage, he tells me he’s been trying to fix his mom’s electrical wiring befits so old and she won’t let him yet she wants to put her home on the martket. Again I mentioned I help with real estate and he said she wants $275K but he will talk to her and get back to me.

It’s amazing how these small interactions and can lead to leads and possible deals. Fingers crossed 🤞🏾, we will see what happens.
