Slow Motion Is Better Then No Motion!

I recently closed another deal my 5th one actually you know how Rick says if you close 5 then you’re officially a reallll wholesaler! I’m posting this to get out of the woodworks and help others and also to learn from others that are a few steps before me!!

𝗜𝗠 𝗟𝗨𝗕𝗕𝗢𝗖𝗞 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗘 𝗧𝗫, 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗/𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗧𝗫, 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗢 𝗧𝗫!

• slow motion is better then no motion!

•practice what you preach!

•stick to one-2 marketing strategies for a few months or at least put enough volume and track it to be able to make a good decision if it’s working or not!

•utilize other wholesalers. Don’t be greedy ask for help!

•get up early and stay consistent- not consistently inconsistent! Do the same thing everyday don’t switch up the hours put in every week and don’t switch up marketing every week!
