Skip Trace with chatgpt5??
Was using Chatgpt 5 to help go over a deal and it asked me if i wanted it to pull a cash buyers list who have purchased in the last 12 months from the area and this is what it gave me. I haven't called any numbers yet so not sure how accurate this is. But has HUGE potential!
