Of the wholesalers …I have just given birth To my baby this makes my 2nd child and just a couple of hours later I have gotten 5 deals under contract with the same seller ! And I’m still at the hospital lol This makes 6 deals total under contract and by the Grace of God they will close!!…. The point of sharing this was stay consistent, keep the momentum going and you will get somewhere
