Our first 7 days into the new month of October and set for a closing this week. Also some next contracts on the verge of being completed.
Last month received 83 total leads and acquired (contracted 7)
Leaving us at a rounded up ratio of 1:12
Meaning every 12th person we talk too is a deal
So last months (September 2025) KPI finished off at-
