I wanted to prepare my contracts ahead of time and check if it’s compliant to Florida laws. For those who’ve been doing this for a while now, was it better for you to switch to a Florida BAR As-is Residential Contract? Or just edit the ones provided in the classroom?

•Disclosures (Radon, Flood, Seller’s property etc)
•FinCen Reporting Language
*I was planning to edit and finish this up and then run them through the title company I found. Zach/Rick mentioned it through Acquisition part of the course.
Might be a dumb question, but is that how it goes? Should we ask the Title company if our contract is good? How do I go about asking the title company? What worked for you?
