Safety Concerns Regarding In-Home Buyer Meetings
How safe is it for a woman, particularly if she is alone, to go into a buyer’s home for a viewing or meeting?
I understand that it was suggested that we meet the buyer in person; however, I have some concerns about safety. Would it be advisable to bring someone with me, or are there recommended precautions that should be taken?
I would also appreciate hearing from others who have had experience in this situation. Have any women felt unsafe when meeting a buyer in their home, or have most found it to be a safe experience? If there are alternative ways to handle the meeting, I would be interested in learning about those options as well.
Thank you for any insights or recommendations.
