Safety Concerns Regarding In-Home Buyer Meetings
How safe is it for a woman, particularly if she is alone, to go into a buyer’s home for a viewing or meeting? I understand that it was suggested that we meet the buyer in person; however, I have some concerns about safety. Would it be advisable to bring someone with me, or are there recommended precautions that should be taken? I would also appreciate hearing from others who have had experience in this situation. Have any women felt unsafe when meeting a buyer in their home, or have most found it to be a safe experience? If there are alternative ways to handle the meeting, I would be interested in learning about those options as well. Thank you for any insights or recommendations.

@Hugo Montes de Oca You can ask for pictures, or FaceTime or something of the shorts to get to look at inside. You can use something like Zillow, but that may or it may not work, not knowing how much the property has changed. Some people have a realtor that assists them and will walk it (they usually don’t do it for free). Sometimes someone here will ask if someone can walk it for them. If you a general contractor in the area, they will walk it for you. Good luck!!!

I went all in and got the x-plan. let me know if anyone wants a serious, disciplined, dedicated, and trusting partner to work with. I'm going to get dialed in with virtual wholesaling. I'm about to spend just about all day everyday figuring out this system and making calls and connections. Anyone that wants to join the money-making train, she's boarding now. Next stop payday land! Hey everyone! Day 3 complete 💪 Today was a bit tougher than the first two — my usual nap-time window didn’t pan out because my two little ones kept alternating between sleeping and waking up. But I adapted and got some solid work done in the morning instead! ✅ Manually checked owners for 11 properties I found on Zillow from yesterday ✅ Skip traced about 7 of them ✅ Sent texts to 5 potential cash buyers 🏆 1 reply/ potential cash buyer ✅ Also spent time in Facebook Real Estate Groups — searched for “Cash buyer,” went through the comments, and reached out to several people. 🏆Got 1 confirmed cash buyer added to my list! It wasn’t perfect, it was messy, and it took longer than I wanted… but progress is progress. Today was still a good day. I’m learning to stay flexible and celebrate the small wins. I’m clocking in at my job. It’s at a plumbing company but I pretty much do construction labor. My life has changed so much and it’s continuing to grow. I came a long way from alcoholism and homelessness, and I won’t stop until I reach my goals. Thank god for everyday. I can’t wait to be done so I can start cold calling!

Made 102 Calls tonight! Had 4 inbound calls 1 not interested. But -3 of those calls were 2 of my follow ups I've been working on calling me back!!! I was able to get more info on these deals Im working on. Along with more of the ture story lol! Pushing the needle forward little by little. The other was a homeowner who said she wanted to sell in 3 years originally. Then called back saying "not gonna sell now". Went back n forth from her wanting to sell and not. We are now wanting to sell in 4 years haha Had 14 Pick ups! 3 Wrong Numbers. 6 Not interested. 5 Hang ups. Left 30 Voicemails. Today was challenging to be real. Battling the daily schedule and family, just forcing my marketing time in where I can. Went into overtime (past 8pm) again. Still working on the schedule. Thinking It would be good to invest more time into AI and setting up my AI for inbound calls. But for now.. rest. This sleeping 4 hours a night BS isn't working for me. Tomorrow is a Friday! Gotta hit them homeowners early before they get to turnt up! haha Have a phone appointment set up from earler in the week, let's see how good this one can get! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!!! LETTSS GOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
