Reverse D4D Phone # Question

This is for the people who get a stamp for their sticky notes (this question still applies to hand written stickies too) - Aren't we only supposed to keep the phone numbers for 300-500 calls? So, do you just get a new stamp for every new number? That just doesn't seem efficient or cost effective and I'm sure there's a right way to do that. I'm just not sure what that is. Maybe the number is supposed to be changed every 300-500 outgoing calls? So using a number for RD4D would last longer since they're incoming calls? Help me learn!!!😂
