I want to hear from the newer wholesalers in here — especially those of you who were working a full-time or part-time job when you got your first deal. ✅ What specific method(s) did you use to find that deal? ✅ How did you fit it into your schedule? ✅ Any tips you wish you knew starting out? I’m especially curious about strategies that don’t require several hours a day — something other working people could realistically do to get traction quickly. Drop your story below 👇 I’m hoping this thread becomes a goldmine for other new members trying to juggle a job while building their wholesaling business! Let’s get out of this 9-5 grind together 💪🏼

@Bernard Property Acquisitions thank you! It negative cash flows $181 (not including maintenance or vacancies) so I don’t think sub to would sell. But wrap or short sale should!
@Ross Small I spent so much time looking for a solution, and maybe I could’ve wrapped it but that wasn’t a risk I was willing to take being brand new. I ended up steering her towards a short sale directly with her bank
Why am I not seeing Mail Merge as an option on my email offer generator? I’m trying to follow Zach but it’s not giving me the mail merge option. What am I doing wrong?
Hey all, just curious how you all got paid the first time. Did you already set up an LLC, EIN, business account or did you just take a check made out directly to you?
