Realtors
Has anyone here gotten a deal through a realtor? I have a probate lead that I thought was going to cross the finish line but the lady’s sister I have been talking to stepped in and got a realtor. The lady I was talking to gave me the realtor’s contact info and said feel free to contact him. Would things get a lot more complicated if I went through the realtor? Any advice is appreciated!! Thanks in advance! 😀🙏
