Now here’s the part I want the newer wholesalers to really hear: 👉 This wasn’t luck👉 This wasn’t a perfect deal👉 This was consistency + conversations A lot of people get stuck overthinking: - “Is my list good enough?” - “What script should I use?” - “Am I ready yet?” Meanwhile, deals are sitting out there waiting for someone to simply take action and follow up. Probate direct mail
Who on here has had success with mailing directly to leads for probates? I recently sent out a batch of 20 but haven’t heard from any of them. I had hand written the envelopes and signed each letter. I’m just curious if there are any other tips that anyone has used that actually gets responses? Please share if you have any at all!
