Realtor involvement in the deal
Say, I wanna do the deal through a realtor and do I pay the comission to the realtor or the seller himself ?
And if I wanna pay a realtor some 2-3% comission in a case that he is bringing me off-market deals with a good relationship, do i put realtor comission INFO in the Land Contract ?
