For the Shiloh property, I’m holding a job walk / open house to view get estimates and offers in the properties current condition.

I am looking for an end buyer to come in and take over my assignment of contract. So if you know someone or have a buyer. Get them on a three way call, or link us in a text. If you’re buyer or contractors performs on this I’m paying out $1000 Referal fee.

This viewing is for buyers to place their offers contractors to give their proposals and cleaning companies to come out to give their quotes.

The end game is if it not assigned to an end buyer in a timely manner my partner and I will fix it up and put it back on the market for rent. That goes to show the potential in this for all of those interested being there on Sunday
