Need PML 2nd position asap
We have a Nice 2/1 home Purchase price of 75k with 65k rehab, & ARV around 210-220k
I’d like to obtain approximately 35-40k PML on 2nd position for this deal.
Would you or anyone you know be interested in being our PML for this deal?
