Need jv partners!!!

I got back doored by a big corporate conglomerate on a deal that would’ve changed mine in my entire team‘s life. I now need to just JV and try to get my first deal first couple deals with whomever is willfully able and down to really work together with somebody new I’m trying my best out here but I’m out of money trying to make these things happen at this point, and I need some help guys.
