Need Indiana buyers or JV partner – stuck on pricing deals

I’m looking to connect with people in Indianapolis or anywhere else in Indiana who either have buyers or are buyers themselves.

Right now I’m running into the same issue:

I have sellers who are ready to get an offer, but I don’t know exactly what my buyers are willing to pay. So my MAO is basically a guess at this point.

I don’t want to lock up deals blindly. I want to know what real buyers will actually pay so I can confidently close the deal at the right price.

I think the best move here is to JV with someone local who:

knows serious buyers personally
has buyers they’ve actually done deals with
or is buying themselves

That way I can:

send you the deal
get real feedback / numbers
and close it properly

I’m happy to JV and split the deal.
