Had 39 pickups and 7 real conversations, with a few going really deep. Those longer calls are where you really understand motivation. Got 2 deals to make an offer on One is a fire-damaged property The other is an occupied property in decent condition, could be a nice rental for an investor Also wanted to share something else. I know I haven’t been posting much the last few days about cold calling, but that’s because I was focused on finding buyers in Evansville. I already have a seller there who wants to sell, so I realized I need to learn more than just cold calling. At the end of the day, when you have a deal… you need to know how to find the right buyer.
